INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FIRST APPLICATION: 1) Wrap the saturated bandages around the leg starting from the ankle, overlapping the strips by about 1 cm and do not compress too much. When the knee is reached, extend the leg and continue wrapping the bandage to the groin. 2) Secure the last strip under the last wrap of the bandage. 3) Put on the trousers and fasten with a knot. 4) Relax and leave on for about 50 minutes. 5) Remove the bandages and massage in any residue with upward movements to enhance the effect of the care treatment. PREPARATION FOR THE NEXT USE Rinse the resealable bag thoroughly and ensure that it dries properly. Wash the pads by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap, allow to dry thoroughly, roll up and store in the pouch until next use. FROM THE SECOND USE: 1) At least one hour before the care treatment, soak the rolled-up, dry bandages by placing two 70 ml refill bags of draining salt solution in the resealable bag. 2) Close and shake well so that the concentrate is evenly distributed and absorbed. 3) Proceed with the application as for the initial application. For a cryoactive effect in summer, place the pads in the refrigerator at least half an hour before use.
